We want to offer the best to our customers. That is why Dumbbell Pépin are now offering a lifetime warranty on dumbbells/ weight plates. This warranty cover the structural and functional components. Coating/paint are covered for 1 year. The warranty cover home gym use only. Normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty. Any damage caused by misuse, abuse are not covered.

Order Cancellation/Fee's / Shipping policy
If the order has been shipped and a cancelation is requested, it is the buyer responsibility to pay for this shipping and the return fee's. Shipping fee's/ handling fee's are non-refunable when an order as been shipped. The items must be return in their original package without any damages . Please note that we can't ship to PO box, contact us if you have any questions regarding shipping.

For returning items
Items must be in original condition with all materials included.
Refunds do not include shipping and handling or assembly fees.
Customer is responsible for returning the item to Dumbbell Pépin 9432-0652 quebec inc.
If the items are damaged, Dumbbell Pépin 9432-0652 quebec inc. reserves the right to partially
refund the items returned.
